• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes related to customer loyalty program management.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Restrictions – What You Cannot Do
To maintain platform integrity and user privacy, businesses using Loyatii must not:
1. Share or Sell Customer Data
• Customer details collected via Loyatii must only be used within the Loyatii platform for loyalty program purposes.
• You may not sell, rent, share, or distribute customer information to third parties.
2. Use Customer Data for Unauthorized Purposes
• You may not use customer information for external marketing, advertising, or any activity outside of loyalty rewards.
3. Misuse or Manipulate Rewards
• You may not engage in fraudulent activities such as creating fake transactions, issuing illegitimate rewards, or misleading customers.
4. Reverse Engineer or Modify the Platform
• You may not alter, hack, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the software’s source code.
5. Violate Laws or Privacy Regulations
• You must comply with all applicable laws governing customer data and digital transactions.
• Loyatii handles customer data compliance, and businesses are not responsible for informing customers about data usage policies.
Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Payments & Fees
• Loyatii may charge subscription or service fees as outlined on our website.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, and we do not store your payment details.
• Loyatii does not handle payments related to rewards, and businesses are responsible for these financial transactions.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service restrictions or account suspension.
Data Collection & Privacy
• Loyatii collects and processes customer data to operate the platform effectively.
• Loyatii is responsible for compliance with data protection laws, including informing customers about data collection and processing.
• Businesses do not need to inform customers separately, as this is covered under Loyatii’s Privacy Policy. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms.
• We detect fraudulent or harmful activity on your account.
• You fail to make required payments. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@loyatii.com.
Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials.
